If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Domestic US Orders - If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it anytime within 30 days and we will gladly replace the product, give you credit, or refund your money, whichever you prefer. You must contact us at 800-635-3416, for assistance with a return authorization and shipping instructions for the product. All items accepted for return must include all original instructions and packaging. Failure to contact Rousseau Company can significantly impact timely receipt of your refund. Once the product has been shipped back, the return will be refunded in full. Do not return the item to us without authorization.
International Orders - If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, contact us by e-mail immediately. Do not return the item to us without authorization.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
